3 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
dash of cinnamon
2 shots of grand marnier
1/2 cup sliced bananas
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- combine the butter, sugar, and cinnamon in a skillet.
- place the pan over low heat and cook, stirring, until the sugar dissolves.
- stir in the grand marnier and the strawberries and cook for 5 minutes to soften the strawberries
- generously spoon warm sauce and strawberries over the top of the ice cream and serve immediately.
